Georgia Update

She woke up at around 4am with a worrisome high (104,8) fever and more coughing. Fever abated again after more Ibuprofen and a cool bath, then she conked out again until I woke her up at 9am to go to the doctor's. The doc suspects incipient pneumonia, but couldn't hear wheezing to conform it because Georgia was coughing too hard to get a proper breath. So it was across the street to the radiology lab for some chest x-rays. We should hear the results this afternoon.

She's all right. The x-rays showed her lungs were clear, so it's just a viral infection. Today her fever is gone and she's got a lot more enrgy and appetite. Just wish the coughing would pass.
