"Hi, honey, your Dad is in the hospital again. But don't worry."

Turns out Dad's kidneys shut down over the weekend. My mom assures me that it isn't a really big deal. The phrase "yeah, right" comes to mind. On the plus side Dad sure sounded a whole let better when I talked to him over the phone.


But then, I suppose filling three urinals at once will do that for you...

Sorry to hear it, Royce. I can imagine the relief he felt re the 3 urinals. When Alec's kidneys have been malfunctioning, we go through the same thing. And as the chief urinal jockey, I SEE how relieved he is when it *works*!
