Apparently I like drinking anti-freeze
Oct. 13th, 2010 06:34 amLast night I opened a 24 oz (710ml for you Europeans) bottle of Dr. Pepper to have with dinner (slow cooked pork ribs. Yum!). Now I know one of the main ingredients is prune juice, but other than that I figured it's a perfectly ordinary soda. After drinking about a third of it, I put the bottle in the freezer to cool down for later that evening. I ended up forgetting about it until this morning, when I grabbed it to have with breakfast [1]
Nine hours in a working freezer, and it was still a liquid, with maybe a bit of slush in the center.
What's in this stuff?
[1] Don't judge me.
