jeriendhalI've been creatively dead the past couple of months now, mostly from getting used to the new responsibilities of my position, increased workload from same, and dealing (or not) with my father's ongoing illness.
The one thing I have been able to do in the two weeks is send off a series of silly, short comic strip scripts over to Peta, based on her Terinu series. It's all absolute drivel of course, but it's keeping her amused, which is good. I just hope I don't alienate her by going over into Obsessive Fanboy mode. I tend to send two or three emails a week to her, which doesn't sound like much, but is probably a sh*tload to look at when she's riding herd on her print comic, four kids, and building a new wing onto her house. OTOH she was nice enough to send over a couple of scripts for upcoming issues of Terinu for me to look over and comment on, so I suppose I can't be too scary at this point. :)
