Weekend Update

moonshadowed was at work. In the evening after she got home we headed over to the photo shop and had a set of formal pictures taken for the holidays, since it had been a couple of years since we had a set taken after Georgia first arrived home. Tom made it through though it was hard to get him to focus and became a bit fussy towards the end.
Sunday: Ran to the bank and the grocery store, then headed over to Dave's place for Megan's 11th birthday party. Along the way we stopped at a tree farm and cut down a nice fir to put up, since the lights had died on the rather ratty looking artificial one we'd been using the past seven or so years. We dumped the latter in the garbage after putting the fir up. Lights are already in place but formal decorating will have to wait until tonight.
