WoW has reactivated our account. Now if I could just figure out why one of our computers stopped talking to the Internet after I loaded Norton onto it.

That is normal - kind of - Norton now controls the access to the internet and you have to tell it which program is allowed to access it - though it should do the mostly used programs automatically I think (sorry I am not much of a help here - never had Norton active since the old DOS-times...)
