Here's what no one has been waiting for. A GURPS writeup for Andrea from my Tez & Maria story, "Shopping Expedition".
Description: Set in one of the quieter corners of the city's main market square, Kincaid's Krafts offers leather goods of all sorts, from belts to scabbards and even armor, its primary trade is in civilian gear. The owner, Andrea Kincaid, is an elderly, cheerful, half-elf trained in elven leatherworking techniques that have allowed her to rise to the position of Guildmistress of the city's Leatherworkers Guild.
The main display area is in the front of the shop, where she shows off all of her conventional gear. Everything found there is civilian in nature, belts, pouches, purses, corsets, vests and deerskin cloaks. All the goods are at least Fine quality, with custom fitted Very Fine gear available as her schedule permits. While the shop itself has no magical wards, Andrea holds the contract for providing the city guard with their leather armor, which means there's usually at least one guard in shouting distance or occasionally watching over the shop in plainclothes when they're officially off duty.
Towards the back is Andrea's work bench, equipped as a Fine workshop specialized for leatherworking and a set of stairs leading up to her apartment.
A locked door leads to another display area, which Andrea only opens for long time customers or couples who have been vouched for beforehand. There one can find leather goods designed for "personal entertainment" as she puts it, the exact nature of which is up to the GM (suffice it to say Rule 34 is definitely in effect). Any restraints found there will also be of Fine quality, forcing anyone locked into them to suffer an additional -1 to any Escape skill rolls (-2 for Very Fine gear custom fitted for the wearer).
It should be noted that Andrea only produces items for sale in her back room for consensual use. A former slave herself, she'll refuse (politely, if you're lucky) anyone who walks in demanded twenty matching slave collars or anything similar.
