Oh, yeah, and today is the 35th anniversary of Apollo 11's moon landing. If anybody still cares...

Random note: I've still got an issue of Analog in storage somewhere celebrating the tenth anniversary, back when the Space Shuttle was a system that could be launched every two weeks, and Solar Power Satellites and l-5 colonies were just around the corner.

Sigh.

And news to make you as green as I am, Natalie has an invitation to go to the soiree at the Smithsonian to celebrate the 35th anniversary. With the astronauts in attendance. She's promised to give a full report. I'm hunter green right now; what shade of green are you? (g)

I can't believe that it has been 35 years - I *watched* it happen!

I don't turn green. I just hate people with a blackness the encompasses all eternity. :-)

Tell her to have fun.
