This was fifteen years ago now, but I hated The Matrix when I first saw it just because I had hit my tolerance point for adventure movies where everyone wears black leather.
I'm not sure if I'd call Digger "Epic". Admittedly it does involve mercy-killing a god, but Digger always seemed to down to earth (so to speak) to imagine she was doing anythign highflautin.
Umm, which of those is the one with vampires? 'Cuz ( with the exception of Patricia Briggs' Mercy Thompson series, which is as excellent as all her stuff ) I am so ready for the vampire thing to be over. ( I'd say especially the ones that sparkle, but that would be redundant. )
