You do realise that she is self-publishing those? As I understood it, she has someone else making the covers (like for the singly released Vorkosigan novellas you can get on Amazon now), but... well.

After I win the lottery, start my own science fiction cable channel and get the rights to produce Vorkosigan: The Series, I fully intend to dress the actor playing Miles in a version of that uniform as a gag, just to give Lois a heart attack when she gets to see the first stills.

You'd need to get a different actor -- Joe Piscopo has been suggested for that particular image. If you'd actually cast someone who looked anything like even a movie-acceptable version of Miles, he'd never fit in such a uniform!
