jeriendhal15 – Warnings – What do you feel it most important to warn for, and what's the strangest thing you've warned for in a fic?
What's most important? Sexual violence almost certainly. I'm perfectly capable of goring named and unnamed characters by the score and I warn for that, but rape and rape triggery subjects are especially sensitve, especially since I think a bit over half my readership is female.
Strangest thing? Probably "Funny German Accents", mostly because my two most consistent fans and beta readers are German, and that particular story was guaranteed annoy them for a variety of reasons.

Date: 2011-06-16 12:43 am (UTC)I've never needed to warn for sexual violence and only once felt the need to warn for violence. The most unusual thing I've ever warned for was "the word you thought you'd never see in my fanfiction".
