Well, as I have been going through ravenswept's 30 Days of Flashfic writing prompts I have been aiming for 1/2 to 1 page on OO Writer's default settings
(Query: Who at Microsoft thought that MS Word should default to x1.15 line spacing, with 10pts of space under each line? I have lost track of how many people have asked me why their computer is double spacing their text when they didn't ask for it.)
I'd say exact word counts for Flashfic/Drabble count only for specific venues and I have seen anywhere from 100 to 1000 words listed.
