Meme cheerily ripped off from [livejournal.com profile] aldersprig who took it from a couple of other people.

If I made Cinderella, the audience would immediately be looking for a body in the coach. -- Alfred Hitchcock, 1899 - 1980

If I wrote fic/drew art/vidded/folded origami/etc today, the readers/viewers would immediately be looking for... what?

Not *totally*, but it's a detectable tendency. ^_^

Yeah. My first thought was that the prince would end up prisoner of Cinderella somehow.

Now I'm thinking no, step-mother and the step-sisters end up in so much trouble because when they realize the prince has fallen for her they take her prisoner and hole up somewhere... At which point it becomes Fairy-Tale/Without a Trace crossover (or whichever crime show your more familiar with)

Alas, the last crime show I bothered following was Magnum P.I., which would make it even wierder.

Hmm, the prince would be held prisoner until Cinderella can find her missing slipper and prove whom she was the night before. Your alternative would have a nastier outcome I suspect.

I hate how my brain works works sometimes.
