PS3 Update

Called Sony's service line again and talked to a nice lady. Once I explained the situation to her and explained that we did have an electronic copy of the Newegg invoice, she agreed to honor the service plan is going to ship a box to us to send the PS3 unit back for servicing. Assuming no major delays I might actually get it back before Christmas.

Yays.
