Goodbye Diane

gryphonslair died yesterday in hospice, after a long fight with brain cancer. I met her back when I was active participant on the Bujold mailing list, and met her in person at a mini-Lois Con in DC a while later. We were both writers and even collaborated on a couple of stories, before we had a nasty falling out. I could never figure out how to properly heal the rift, and talked to her little after that.
I wish I hadn't let things lay as they were. Now it's too late.
