jeriendhalThe funeral was today, and it went well. There was a big turnout at the service, and many fine words said of Dad, which he would have been completely embarrassed to have received, being a modest man. He's gone now, but I don't feel really sad. I know what sort of life he led, and it was a full and happy one.
But now I got a bit of news that is totally unfair. My friend Peta, who lost her father a couple of years back, and her mother just this year, now has lost her eldest brother in a motorcycle accident! This is so completely f*cking unreasonable!! Why the f*ck do the nicest people in the world get sh*t dumped on them for no reason?
