Weight Watching

I turned myself in to Weight Watchers on Sunday. Got weighed in (188.6 pounds), and got a boatload of introductory matierials and a brief course on how to follow the program (it's points based, but you can calculate the points yourself fairly easily, or ignore them if you're willing to commit to a more restricted diet.)
My first day of full commitment was yesterday, and I got through it okay. Measured everything out, and tracked my points carefully. I came in a bit short of what they reccommend, but I'll try and be more careful today. The really annoying thing is that I don't feel full after eating, though I hope that'll change once I shed some pounds. Well, I guess that'll encourage me to drink more water, I guess.
