All right, so I'm getting bored by my playlist on my mp3 player and I'm actually honest enough not to download songs illegally (very often). Anyone have any recommendations for good podcasts for me to download, given my science fiction/fantasy, gamer geek tendencies?

I'll second the recommendations for This American Life and Wait Wait Don't Tell Me. They don't particularly fit your stated interests, but they're consistently interesting and enjoyable.

Give a listen to Escape Pod for a quality SF fiction podcats. They have sister sites for fantasy (PodCastle) and horror (PseudoPod) as well.
